Pre-Register Today!

Ask for a chair at Imladris 2027 — June 21–23 in Oregon.

This is the pre-registration form for the summer retreat serving Christian professionals who work in or near the interactive entertainment industry. A pre-registration is a request based on intent. It's not a commitment, nor is it a reservation. Nothing will be charged to your card at this time. And if we get more pre-registrations than our 120 person cap, we will cast lots and pray over the names.

If you find yourself here unexpectedly, the longer telling of what this unique retreat really is, and what it is not, we recommend you visit https://imladris.community/retreat_imladris.php

The final venue is still being chosen and therefore the rates noted on this page are subject to change. But we want you to see the shape we anticipate for first-timers, second-timers, and veterans. Once the final location is locked in, the exact amounts will be confirmed by email before any card is charged. Nothing is billed until then.

Tell us a little bit about you...

Are you comfortable affirming the Apostle's Creed? Imladris has no denominational barriers, but it is a community of committed Christians. This is more about making sure you know what you're getting into, and not a barrier or litmus test.

  • (including gaming)

Is this your primary vocation? (Roughly half-time or more, as compared to a hobby, area of interest, or avocation)
